The hospital has various speciality & super-speciality OPDs from Monday to Saturday.
And emergency medical service is available 24 X7 (round the clock on all days).
Guideline for Patients
- Registration in OPD is mandatory to seek consultation and treatment for all patients coming for consultation/treatment.
- The registration timing for OPD is 8:00 AM. To 8:00 PM. From Monday to Saturday.
- To avoid overcrowding please don’t bring more than one attendant.
- Please bring brief medical summary of pervious treatment along with all investigations reports etc.
- In case of any problem contact our care executive at OPD reception.
- You have right to consult any doctor/ consultant & for seeking appointment with any consultant on his OPD days.
- Patients are seen on first come first serve basis. However, out of turn consultation may be provided in case of emergency or to senior citizens.
Investigations: After OPD consultation, the treating doctor may fill up the requisition forms for various investigations & direct/guide you to the concerned lab /dept.
AIMS Path Diagnostics collection center for Blood, Urine, Stool etc. & AIMS Radio Diagnostics for X-Ray, CT Scan, USG, Echo, TMT & PFT is located on the same floor. The report will be ready on the same day generally.
Due to excess work load, waiting period exists for certain investigations like CT, USG etc. in that case patients are given future dates by the concerned departments. However, these may be done out of turn in urgent situations, on recommendation of the treating doctor.
Many facilities are provided at OPD level e.g. ECG, Plaster, Injection, Minor Surgical Intervention, Physiotherapy, Endoscopy etc.
Medical fitness / Medical examination and other such certificates are issued.
The decision to admit a patient rests with the treating doctor. Wheel chairs, patient trolleys etc. are available at the entrance of OPD.
