Admission Protocol
For the planned admission, you are requested to confirm the availability of rooms and in case of admission for surgery we recommend to get admitted a day prior for the smooth patient care & to facilitate all necessary investigations and medical evaluation.
You are requested to bring along following documents (if applicable) at the time of admission:
- All the past medical documents
- Past & current medicines prescriptions
- Required documents for Third Party Administrator (TPA) / Corporate authorization.
Our Admission officer will allot the room as per your preference and availability of bed. In case of non availability of preferred room, alternate room will be allotted and you will be shifted to the room of your choice as and when it is available.
