Discharge Protocol
The discharge can only be authorized and declared by your attending consultants after his/her visitor by giving discharge instruction to in-house doctors on phone. After declaring discharge, it may take minimum of 2 hours to complete the entire discharge procedure.
After completing discharge formalities, the detail about post discharge care would be explained to you by our in-house doctors.
You will be provided discharge card & all the investigation reports on discharge. In the case of reimbursement, you will be given the copy of hospital C- Form. After settling the total billing, your discharge will be authorized by the billing dept.
